Breakfast options were impressive, with a nice variety. Noise from upstairs made it hard to sleep well at night.

Breakfast had many tasty options; Lynda was super friendly. The noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, which affected sleep quality.

Comfortable and clean room, with excellent breakfast options. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The ethernet connection was a plus for my laptop—very secure. The location was convenient, close to food and gas stations. The king suite was particularly nice, featuring comfortable furniture and immaculate linens. not all staff showed the same standard of service. I encountered issues with staff demeanor that could use attention. Consistency in service is key, and there's room for improvement there. This place has potential, especially with recent renovations. maintaining hospitality standards across the board is crucial for a truly exceptional experience. Would I return? Yes, but with cautious optimism.

the first room was dirty, and the air conditioning unit in the second was covered in bugs. It felt like we were settling for less with every room change. Service was lacking too.

The room was very comfortable, with clean bedding and a well-functioning A/C. The two queen beds provided plenty of space for our family. the towels were limited for our group of four. I appreciated the extra storage available for our belongings. While the bathroom was clean, we found hair from a previous guest, which was disappointing. The noise level was a bit high; walls seemed thin as we could hear barking dogs and hallway activities. The small flat-screen TV was adequate given there were no smart features. the room had a cozy feel but could use slight improvements in housekeeping.

I loved the friendly staff who made me feel right at home! The indoor pool was a refreshing surprise after a long drive, and the breakfast spread was delicious and hearty every morning. The evenings were peaceful, thanks to the hotel's perfect location away from noisy traffic!
Would definitely recommend! ❤️😊

The breakfast spreads are to die for with a waffle maker and a ton of coffee options. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, and the vibe of the place makes you feel right at home.
The spa looked a little suspicious with crime scene tape around it.

During my Xmas stay, we were welcomed with complimentary cookies and enjoyed 24/7 coffee. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the swimming pool, Business Center, and hallways, was top-notch. The staff, apart from one individual, was friendly and helpful. It was impressive to receive prompt assistance when we needed extra hangers within five minutes.
The uncomfortable bed, thin towels, and lack of cleanliness in the shower were disappointing. Additionally, there were issues with fleas in the bed and carpet, causing discomfort.

The location is perfect, right in between Texas and Tennessee. Rooms are spacious, and the breakfast was fantastic, with lots of hot food options.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it’s worth it.

Conveniently located near family-friendly spots like Discovery Science Place and the annual Four States Fair. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the Perot Theatre. Perfect for a fun family outing in Texarkana.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities in the hotel would improve the family experience.

The hotel was super close to the fairgrounds where we hit up the sickest horse show ever. After that, we checked out the Perot Theatre, which was lit! The location was prime for hitting up all the rad restaurants and shops in town.
Wish they had a cooler hangout spot for teenagers to chill and party after a night of exploring Texarkana! .

The staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Nathan during my late check-in. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of hot and cold options and fresh fruits to start the day right.
The walls were thin, and noise could be a concern with loud voices in the hallway.

Explored the Ace of Clubs House, so unique! Buffs loved the car museum. Family movie nights were a hit!
Just loved waiting for hot water during my relaxing stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful during breakfast, making sure tables were clean and promptly refilled. we encountered some challenges with the cleanliness of the room - stains on the carpet and walls, which detracted from the overall experience. We appreciated the effort put into maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel and our room, but some areas like the carpets and walls could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. we found the lack of a hot tub, which had been removed two months prior, disappointing as we had specifically chosen this hotel for that amenity. the front desk staff were accommodating and the beds were comfortable. We also found the location convenient, with bars and restaurants a short drive away.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, nice outside sitting area, indoor pool & jacuzzi open until midnight.
Felt like relaxing at home, no complaint.
